is a consultancy based in Austin, Texas, dedicated to a simple proposition: Little things matter.

We believe that small changes, which can often be made at low cost or no cost, can yield large benefits for your business. Naturally, you'd make these changes yourself -- if you knew what they were. The difficulty is that they're hard to see from the inside. That's where we come in. We, quite simply, provide another set of eyes.
